Changes to the HCB Client Agreement
- For customers that open a personal banking account on or before July 1, 2016 (first day of notice being posted) , the new Agreement is effective on September 1, 2016.
- For new customers that open their first personal banking account on or after July 1, 2016, the new agreement is effective immediately.
This notice is to inform you that Habib Canadian Bank is changing its Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) with you. The new Agreement replaces all prior Agreements. The Agreement covers your banking relationship with us, including personal accounts and other services we provide. We strongly encourage you to read the full text of the new Agreement to understand all the changes.
Please carefully review the new Agreement to ensure you understand the changes made and how they may affect you. You may visit our website at www.habibcanadian.com to view and print the new Client Agreement. New ATM Cards collection
- Please collect your new Chip enabled Debit cards by visiting your nearest branch. Your old cards will be deactivated by November 15th, 2012.
